Officially Appointed Volunteers (OAV)
The Officially Appointed Volunteer (OAV) program ensures that all volunteers working with youth in the Florida Conference Pathfinder and Adventurer clubs have completed the required background screening and training through the Adventist Volunteer Service (AVS) process.
Becoming an OAV is a requirement for all adults working directly with minors in our clubs. The process protects our youth and provides a standard of care and accountability across all clubs in the conference.
