New Position
Pertains to a position (not an employee) that has not been processed through the Conference payroll. The church, school, or local entity is responsible for the cost of the remuneration and benefits, including retirement benefits. Attach the Employment Cost Calculator & New Position Commitment below to new positions in Cyber Recruiter. As of September 30, 2024, the minimum wage Will be $13.00 per hour. Florida’s state minimum wage will continue to increase by $1.00 per year until it reaches $15.00 per hour in 2026. Independent contractors must:
- Own a business for the type of work performed
- Possess a business license.
- By way of a certificate of insurance provide evidence of business insurance which includes general liability and workers compensation.
