Order Processing, Shipping Options and Return / Exchange Policy


How we process our orders:

Our Store Processes Orders ONLY during Store Business Hours. Please allow 1 – 2  store days for orders to be processed. You will receive an automated email notification when your order has been mailed or is ready for pick-up.

During peak season (April-June) please allow an additional  2 – 3  Business Days for processing.

Shipping Options:

UPS and USPS pick up orders Monday – Thursday at 3:00 pm. Please allow enough time for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with you tracking number if you have chosen a shipping option with Tracking Service.

Estimated time of delivery if shipped by 3 pm Mon. – Thu.

In Florida:

First Class USPS (No tracking number):3-5 Business Days

Priority USPS (Tracking number): 2 Business Days

UPS Ground (Tracking number): 1 Business Day

UPS 2nd day Air (Tracking number): 2 Business Days

Next Day Air (Tracking number): 1 Business Day

Outside of Florida:

Please be advised that Delivery dates are zip code dependent and may take longer than the Florida estimated time of delivery.

Return / Exchange Policy:

We do not accept returns nor exchanges. Please double check your order before final Check Out.
