FALL 2017 TOWN HALL MEETINGS CANCELED DUE TO HURRICANE IRMA

With regret, Florida Conference must announce that the scheduled times for Town Hall meetings scheduled September 10-19 for each constituency region in the Conference have been cancelled.
This decision was made by administration due to the effects of Hurricane Irma and the uncertainty whether some of the church venues that were to have been used are able to host the meetings, as well as the ability for members to travel and make the time to attend.
We apologize for needing to make this decision. Information about future Town Hall meetings will be announced at an appropriate time.
