Special Feature

We are pleased to introduce to you Pastor Rolando (Roly) Morgado, the NEW Associate Director for the FLC Pathfinder and Adventurer Department.

He started with the FLC PAD on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. We are excited to welcome him to the team.

He has moved to Orlando with his wife, Nacira, and their children – Alejandro, Ethan, Lucas, and Grace.

We welcome them to our department and thank Pastor Roly for 15 years of service as a pastor in FLC. He most recently served in the Lakeworth, Jupiter, and Norwood Spanish churches.

We thank the Morgado family for joining our team and look forward to how God will use them in Club ministries here in FLC.

TLT Operations

Teenagers today, leaders tomorrow!

TLT is a program in which young people are trained to become the leaders of tomorrow. They are taught leadership skills to direct and help in any way possible. They will be trained to be problem solvers when facing tough situations.

IN EVERY CHURCH A CLUB

Growing Club Ministries in Every Church in FLC!

We are challenging ALL Churches that have Clubs to consider “sponsoring” a church that doesn’t have a Club to start a Club!

PRAY – Pray to God to help your Club choose a church.

PICK – Pick a church close by that doesn’t have a Club.

ASK – Ask if they have interest in starting a Club.

SUPPORT – Offer to do an event at their church with your Club kids or Invite the kids to your Club to check it out.

PARTNER – Partner to help the church start a new Club.

Worthy is the Lamb

We are excited to share a new creative activity for our children featuring the 2026 Florida Conference theme, “Worthy is the Lamb.” This coloring page is designed to be more than just a pastime; it is a fun, spiritually uplifting craft to help our kids understand that Jesus is alive and coming soon! Let’s share the Gospel together: When your child finishes their artwork, we’d love to see it! Parents can send us a photo of the finished drawing to @florida.adventists on Instagram. We will be featuring their art to encourage our community and share the love of Jesus.

Important Announcement

Pastor Pedro Perez, who has served as the FLC Pathfinder and Adventurer Director for the last 16 years, will have his last day as the FLC PAD Director on August 15, 2026. He has accepted a new position as the NAD International Pathfinder Camporee Director.

Also, remember to pray for our new Associate PAD Director, Pastor Rolando Morgado, who will join the FLC PAD team officially on June 30, 2026.

Hurricane Season 2026

It is now June and officially the 2026 Hurricane Season. With that being said, the attached letter regarding Hurricane Preparedness is a helpful tool you can share with your family, fellow church members, and Florida Conference community.

Christian Record Services provides free accessible Bibles, Sabbath School lessons, and inspirational magazines in audio, braille, and large print for individuals experiencing vision loss.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

G300 is a Leadership Development training presented by Florida Conference Pathfinder and Adventurer Department. This course is offered to all Florida Conference Club Directors, Secretaries, and other staff members. In addition, all our Officially Appointed Volunteer staff (OAVs) and Medical Cadets (part of FLC MCC).

We are only providing a Level 2 training this year.

Registration will open in August for the next season of training leaders.
